Season chicken with salt for 10-15 minutes. Put chicken into a deep saucepan, add enough water to cover the chicken, then bring to a boil for 8-10 minutes. Drain well.
Combine ground marinade ingredients with the seasoning. Brush the marinade over the chicken and leave aside to marinate for at least 2 hours. Place the marinated chicken on a roasting rack and grill in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40-45 minutes, brushing occasionally with a little corn oil until meat is cooked through or golden brown.
