- 200g sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp finely grated lime rind
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin slices or thin strips.
- Combine the chilli power, salt and lime rind together.
- Heat oil in a wok. Add sweet potato slices in batches and deep-fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until crisp.
- Remove onto a plate lined with several pieces of paper towels. Sprinkle sweet potatoes with combined salt mixture.
