Spread combined marinade (B) on the chicken and place the bird on a rack in a roasting pan. Roast chicken at 190-200°C for 20 minutes. Cover with foil and continue to roast for another 20 minutes. Turn the bird meat side up and roast for an extra 10 minutes. Return the bird to its original position and continue to roast for another 5-10 minutes. In between roasting brush the bird with remaining marinade (B).
