Recipe Ingredient

  • Ready-made puff pastry
  • 250g cocktail sausages
  • 2 tsp mix herbs
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut puff pastry to small squares, enough to roll the sausage.
  2. Place the sausage in the middle and sprinkle mix herbs, chilli flakes and black pepper.
  3. Brush edge of the puff pastry with egg and roll slowly. Sprinkle grated cheese over the pastry.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven of 190 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
