- Ready-made puff pastry
- 250g cocktail sausages
- 2 tsp mix herbs
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp crushed black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Grated cheese
- Cut puff pastry to small squares, enough to roll the sausage.
- Place the sausage in the middle and sprinkle mix herbs, chilli flakes and black pepper.
- Brush edge of the puff pastry with egg and roll slowly. Sprinkle grated cheese over the pastry.
- Bake in a preheated oven of 190 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
