Recipe Ingredient

  • 350g salmon fillet, sliced
  • 1/2 red capsicum, diced
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 – 2 tbsp oil
  • Seasoning:
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp fish curry powder
  • A squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Lightly marinate salmon with seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Fry garlic, ginger and curry leaves until fragrant.
  3. Add capsicum and onion and fry for 20–30 seconds.
  4. Add marinated salmon and stir-fry briefly for 4–5 minutes.
  5. Dish out and serve immediately.
