Recipe Ingredient

  • 180g sponge mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp fresh milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp canola oil


  1. Beat sponge mix, eggs and milk until light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and canola oil. Mix lightly to combine. Turn out batter into a baking tray and bake in preheated 175°C oven for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove cake and leave to cool.
