Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 kg mud crabs
  • (A) mix well:
  • 100 ml light soy sauce
  • 6 tbsp rice wine
  • 4 tbsp sesame oil
  • (B):
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 50g gingerscraped and sliced thinly 1tbsp sliced garlic chopped spring onions for garnish Instructions Cut crabs into halves and clean well. Arrange crabs in a deep dish, pour ingredients (A) over and sprinkle with ingredients (B). Steam the crabs for 15 minutes over rapidly boiling water. Remove and garnish with chopped spring onions. Instructions
