Steamed Crabs
Ingredients
- 2kg mud crabs
(A) mix well:
- 100ml light soy sauce
- 6tbsp rice wine
- 4tbsp sesame oil
(B):
- 1/2tsp salt or to taste
- 1/4tsp pepper
- 2 chilliessliced
- 50g gingerscraped and sliced thinly
- 1tbsp sliced garlic
- chopped spring onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cut crabs into halves and clean well. Arrange crabs in a deep dish, pour ingredients (A) over and sprinkle with ingredients (B). Steam the crabs for 15 minutes over rapidly boiling water. Remove and garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve with garlic chilli sauce.
