Stir-Fried Spicy Crabs

  1. Dust crab pieces with tapioca flour then deep-fry in hot oil until crispy.
  2. Heat three tablespoons oil and saute ground ingredients until fragrant.
  3. Add in curry leaves. Put in crabs and add seasoning ingredients. Stir-fry until well combined. (Add just a little hot water if dish is too dry.)
  4. Dish out, garnish and serve.
