- Strawberry mousse
- 50g Fond Royal Vegetable (Mousse powder without gelatin)
- 75g water
- 500g whipped cream (35% fat)
- 25g Pastarom Strawberry paste
- Topping: Pour strawberry topping and chocolate topping into a the glasses and spread out to the edges.
- Strawberry mousse: Mix the mousse powder, water and stir in the paste.
- Fold in the whipped cream and pipe into the glass.
- Chill in the fridge for at least two hours before serving.
- Decorate with chocolate shavings and fresh strawberry before serving.
