Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 chicken (approximately 1kg), rinsed
  • 1kg chicken carcass, rinsed
  • 350g turkey ham, rinsed
  • 4 litres water


  1. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan and add all the ingredients.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer the mixture for eight hours.
  3. Strain and reserve the stock. Use as required.
