- 3-4 sweet corn
- Some butter
- Some flavoured salt or Ajinomoto Iodised Table salt
- Remove the husks and silk from the sweet corn. Arrange them in a microwave-proof dish and cover loosely with cling film wrap. Leave one corner unsealed (this is to allow steam to escape).
- Place the dish in the microwave oven and heat on High for 4 minutes. Take the dish out and make sure that you remove the cling film wrap away from you (this is to avoid steam burning you). Brush butter onto the cooked sweet corn and sprinkle with the flavoured salt.
