- Remove skin from meat and mince in an electric food processor. Place the minced meat in a mixing bowl. Add seasoning and pounded sole fish.
- Slap the meat against the sides of the mixing bowl several times or until mixture is well combined and sticky.
- Take a handful of meat in the palm of your hand and squeeze it out between your thumb and index finger into a neat round ball.
- Drop the balls of meat into a pot of boiling chicken stock. Cook until the meat balls are cooked. Serve the soup immediately.
