Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 packet MAGGI® Tandoori Chicken Mix
  • 700g chicken joints(remove skin, cut 2-3 slits)
  • 3tbsps yogurt
  • 2tsps ghee

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with MAGGI® Tandoori Chicken Mix and yogurt for 30 minutes. Spread ghee over chicken and bake in oven at 200°C for 30-40 minutes. Serve with onion rings and lime wedges.
