Recipe Ingredient
- 800g flower crabs
- 2 big onions, cut into thin rings
- Spices:
- 2 tbsp chilli paste
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 sprigs karupillay leaves
- 10 cilipadi, finely sliced
- Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp fish sauce (nampla)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp Maggi chicken granules
- Dash of pepper
- Garnishing:
- Coriander leaves
- Chopped spring onions
- Chilli curls
Instructions
- Clean crabs well then cut into halves. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil and saute spices till fragrant. Add in onion rings and fry till soft.
- Add in crabs and stir-fry well. Mix in seasoning and cook till crabs turn colour and gravy is thick. Dish out and serve with garnishing.
