Recipe Description

 

 

 

 

Recipe Ingredient

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 5 tbsp low fat milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil(sunflower, canola or olive)
  • 2 tbsp hazelnut spread
  • 4 tbsp self-raising flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tbsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix sugar, cocoa powder, milk, oil and hazelnut spread until emulsified.
  2. Slowly, fold in the flour. Mix well until almost free of lumps.
  3. Add the egg and mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into a standard size mug and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from microwave and sprinkle sea salt. Serve warm.

    It looks yummy, but I can't try the recipe as I don't hv a microwace oven. May I know at what temperature and for how long should I bake it?

    What cake in the mug. Never eat anything like this but its looking delicious will havva try on it.
