- 1 chicken - 3 pounds (1.4 kg)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 10 slices ginger
- 1 cup sesame oil
- 1 cup wine
- 1 cup soysauce
- Clean the chicken and cut into pieces 1 1/2 inches wide.
- Heat a casserole dish, add sesame oil and heat. Stir/fry garlic cloves and ginger until brown. Add chicken and cook over high heat until the chicken turns white. Add wine and soysauce. Cover and cook about 20 minutes. Serve in the casserole dish.
