Recipe Ingredient

  • 200g chicken breast , cooked or use leftovers
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • Few lettuce, sliced (optional)
  • Ready-made tortilla bread
  • Salsa
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper (optional)


  1. Mix tomato and lime juice and keep aside.
  2. Grill tortilla over hot pan till slightly warm.
  3. Arrange chicken, lettuce, cheese, salsa and spread the mayonnaise.
  4. Roll tortilla bread like a swiss roll and then cut into two.
  5. Note: You can substitute tortilla with pitta bread.
