This recipe is best with
- 200g chicken breast , cooked or use leftovers
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Few lettuce, sliced (optional)
- Ready-made tortilla bread
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper (optional)
- Mix tomato and lime juice and keep aside.
- Grill tortilla over hot pan till slightly warm.
- Arrange chicken, lettuce, cheese, salsa and spread the mayonnaise.
- Roll tortilla bread like a swiss roll and then cut into two.
- Note: You can substitute tortilla with pitta bread.
