Recipe Ingredient

  • 400 gm can of tuna chunks in brine, drained
  • 200 gm low fat cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3 tbsp low fat mayonaisse
  • 3 tbsp freshly chopped chives
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Dash of black pepper
  • Dash of chilli sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mash them together, mixing well.
  2. Chill in refrigerator and serve with vegetable sticks (carrots, cucumbers, celery, etc) and unsalted crackers or sliced wholemeal bread.
