- Heat oil in a wok and fry (A) and (B) until fragrant. Add turkey meat and fry for 34 minutes until meat changes its colour.
- Add carrot and potatoes to mix. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a boil then simmer until turkey meat turns tender.
- Stir in yoghurt and continue to cook for 34 minutes. Add petai and seasoning to taste. Dish out and serve.
