Vegetarian Sambal

  1. Combine ingredients (A) in a food processor. Add a little water and process to the consistency required.
  2. Heat a little oil and fry vegetarian belacan until fragrant. Add blended chillies, tomatoes, water and seasoning. Fry over medium low heat until mixture is fairly dry. Dish out.
