Recipe Ingredient

  • A small handful of dried mushroom stems
  • 20 pieces dried straw mushrooms
  • 2 carrots, cut into chunky pieces
  • 100g yam bean, chopped
  • 1cm piece ginger
  • 2 litres water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1-1 ¼ hours, uncovered.
  3. Strain the stock and use as required.
