- 20 big black mushrooms
- 4 cloves of crushed garlic
- 4 tbsp of sesame oil
- a dash of light and dark soya sauce
- 20 slices of carrot, cut in thick rings
- 20 cucumber slices
- Wash and soak mushrooms until soft.
- Boil mushrooms with garlic, sesame oil, soya sauce and pepper until water is absorbed by mushrooms.
- Cool. Push toothpicks through first the cucumber, then mushrooms, and carrots.
- Serve cold as a meal starter.
