- 800ml milk
- 120g dark bitter chocolate
- Sugar to taste
- Chantilly cream to taste
- Garnishing (optional):
- Cocoa powder or
- Chocolate rice
- Combine the milk and chocolate in a saucepan.
- Heat up over low heat, stirring from time to time.
- When the chocolate is melted, pour into serving glasses or cups.
- Top with a generous squirt of the whipped cream from the can.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder or chocolate rice, if desired.
