Recipe Ingredient

  • (A):
  • 300g cooked rice
  • 1 packet Maggi Biryani Rice Mix
  • 150g tomatoes
  • 2 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp shallots (minced)
  • 4 pandan leaves
  • water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • (B):
  • 300g chicken fillet
  • 150g mixed beans
  • 2 red chillies
  • 250g beancurd puffs
  • a few leaves of lettuce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  • Seasoning:
  • 2 tsp seasoning
  • 1 tsp chicken stock granules
  • 2 tsp cornflour
  • 3 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice chicken fillet. Marinate with seasoning for 10 minutes.
  2. Dice tomatoes and red chillies. Shred lettuce and beancurd puffs. Deep-fry beancurd puffs until crispy.
  3. Heat oil and stir fry garlic and shallots until fragrant. Add ingredients (A). Heat oil in a wok and cook ingredients (B).
  4. Serve rice with ingredients (B), fried beancurd puffs and lettuce. Garnish with red chillies.
