Recipe Ingredient

  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped capers
  • 1 gherkin, finely chopped
  • Seasoning
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • Dash of coarse ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place yoghurt, mustard, capers, gherkin and seasoning in a bowl. Stir to combine.
  2. Add a dash of commercial chilli sauce, if you prefer. If not, omit it.
