- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp finely chopped capers
- 1 gherkin, finely chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of coarse ground black pepper
- Place yoghurt, mustard, capers, gherkin and seasoning in a bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add a dash of commercial chilli sauce, if you prefer. If not, omit it.
