Yorkshire Pudding

  1. Beat flour, eggs, water, milk and salt with a whisk until batter is smooth. Heat an 8-hole muffin tray in a preheated oven at 180°C for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Brush each hole in the muffin tray with olive oil. Increase the oven temperature to 210°C and pour batter into the muffin tray.
  3. Bake the pudding for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately with any roasted meat.
