- 250ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- Blend milk, eggs and salt for 1 minute.
- Then add flour. Blend for another 5 minutes.
- Place butter in an 8in square baking pan and place the pan into an 180 degrees Celcius oven for 5 minutes.
- Then pour the batter into the hot baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Note: Best eaten when it is still hot.
