Recipe Ingredient

  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla essence
  • 250g plain flour

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and icing sugar until creamy, then add in egg and essence. Continue to cream until well combined.
