Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

A
235g sugar
120g Anchor butter
30g cocoa mass
5g salt

B
300g all purpose flour
14g baking powder
25g cocoa powder

C
45g Sorbitol
200g egg
120g Rich’s Gold Label
70g Anchor UHT milk
15g Chocolate Emulco

D
35g walnuts
35g chocolate chips

Method

Cream ingredients (A) on high speed for 5 minutes.

Add dry ingredients B and mix on slow speed for 1
minute until a crumble.

Premix wet ingredients C, add and mix on medium
speed for 5 minutes.

Fold in walnut and chocolate chips.

Using an ice-cream scoop, transfer batter into muffin trays lined with paper cups.

Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
