1 tbsp butter
1 big onion, diced
1 tsp tomato paste
2 slices smoked salmon, cut into strips
2 squids, cleaned and cut into rings
Melt butter in a saucepan, add onions and stir-fry till soft. And squid pieces and stir-fry well.
Stir in cream and tomato paste and combine well.
Dish out and pour sauce over cooked fettucine. Add salmon slices and garnish with chopped parsley.
