Recipe Ingredient

  • 5 chicken thighs (cut into 4 pieces)
  • 2 Tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp black soya sauce
  • Marinade
  • 1 tsp kunyit powder
  • 4 small onions
  • 2 cloves garlic juice
  • 3 stalks serai
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ Tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients, add in marinade and marinate for 3 hours.
  2. Heat oil in wok, deep fry chicken until cooked.
  3. Serve.
