Recipe Ingredient

  • Prawns 350 g (12 oz), trimmed and dried
  • Green onions 2, sectioned
  • Ginger 4 slices
  • Seasoning Mix:
  • Premium Soy Sauce /Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Wine 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Deep-fry prawns in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain.
  2. Saute green onions and ginger in 2 tbsp oil. Add prawns and seasoning mix. Stir well quickly.
