Recipe Ingredient

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/2 cup longan flesh
  • 1 kiwi fruit, sliced
  • Pulp of 3 passion fruits
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Combine sliced mango, kiwi fruit, strawberries, longans and passion fruit pulp in a salad bowl. Squeeze orange and lemon juice over, and toss lightly to mix. Cover the salad bowl with cling film wrap and refrigerate for an hour. This is to allow the flavours to infuse.
  2. Serve with low fat plain yoghurt or any flavour of your choice.
