Grilled Spring Chicken Drumettes


600g chicken drummets


3 tbsp tomato sauce
½ tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp sugar
1 tbsp cornflour


Place chicken drumettes in a large mixing bowl. Add marinade and toss to combine. Transfer marinated chicken to a plastic bag. Refrigerate for at least an hour or preferably several hours.

Preheat oven to 200°C and arrange chicken drumettes on a lightly greased baking tray. Bake or grill for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is crisp and cooked through.

Serve at once.
