Homemade Delicious Kaya


10 eggs
600g sugar (or 500g if you like less sweet)
Thick coconut milk from 4 coconut


Whisk egg and sugar till sugar dissolved
Add in coconut milk and sieve.

Double boiled for minimum 1 hour. (you can melt 1 tbsp of sugar in thick base pan and add to the kaya to have darker color kaya)
Stir constantly with wooden spatula.

note: cook with pandan leave if you want pandan flower.
Use old coconut or else the kaya will not be smooth.
