Spicy Bread Dip


1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Mix all ingredients in a bottle. Seal the bottle and refrigerate for eight hours. Shake well before serving.
