Sponge Cake


180g sponge mix
3 eggs
3 tbsp fresh milk
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
3 tbsp canola oil


Beat sponge mix, eggs and milk until light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and canola oil. Mix lightly to combine. Turn out batter into a baking tray and bake in preheated 175°C oven for 25 minutes.

Remove cake and leave to cool.
