Cheese Chicken Rice


200g chicken breast, sliced
2 eggs
1 onion, chopped
200g cheddar cheese
A pinch salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 can mushroom, sliced
250g basmati rice, cooked
3 tbsp oil


Heat oil and stir-fry onion for 1minute. Add chicken and mushroom. While cooking, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir till chicken is cooked for about 5 minutes.

Mix chicken and cheese with cooked rice. Then break 2 eggs into the mixture. Stir and mix well.

Put this rice mixture into an ovenproof ceramic pot or baking pan and bake for 10 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees Celcius.

Note: You can use normal rice for this recipe.
