Es Pokat Splash
5 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp water
2 avocados, peeled and pit removed
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chocolate milk
A cup of ice (crushed)
For the syrup, combine sugar and water in a small pot over medium to high heat.
Stir well until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.
Spoon out the avocado pulp and place in a blender.
Add the syrup and blend, then add cold milk and blend.
Top each serving with ½ cup chocolate milk (to form a separate layer) and crushed ice.
