  • 1 kg fish (terubuk)
  • 1 banana leaf
  • Ingredients A
  • 1 packet MAGGI® Ayam
  • Panggang Paste
  • 1/2 cup thick coconut milk
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 turmeric leaf, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Place cleaned fish on banana leaf. Mix Ingredients A. Rub all over fish and wrap fish in an aluminum foil.
  2. Place fish on top of a charcoal grill or bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C. Cook for about 15 minutes on each side. Squeeze lime before serving.
