Siew Mai Dumpling
150g chicken leg meat, diced
25g mushroom, diced
10g spring onion, , diced
6g chicken seasoning powder
6g potato starch
150g prawn meat, diced
15gm potato starch
30pc wanton skin
Marinate ingredients B for 1 hour, then rinse with water.
Drain the prawns and dry it with a clean cloth.
Mix ingredients A and prawns together and set in chiller for 15 minutes.
Fill the wanton with the mixture.
Set for steaming in the microwave oven for 10 minutes.
