1 cup plain flour
1/4 cup butter
Blend milk, eggs and salt for 1 minute.
Then add flour. Blend for another 5 minutes.
Place butter in an 8in square baking pan and place the pan into an 180 degrees Celcius oven for 5 minutes.
Then pour the batter into the hot baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Note: Best eaten when it is still hot.
