    We, as Malaysians, are now officially the fattest people in the whole ASIA. Mainstream dietitians and nutritionists dont have a clue why is that so. Doctors themselves are overweight and overdosed with the same drugs they prescribed to patients.

    Now, easily more then 99% of people can’t stop eating wheat based foods, we have no idea that the current crops of hybridized wheat contain modified chromosomes of gluten and also contain gluteomorphins. Wonder why you can’t stop eating fast foods, pizza, breads and wheat-based foods?

    2 slices of whole wheat bread, will spike your blood sugar higher then similar tablespoons of sugar. Amylopectin-A in wheat, is one of the culprit why breads is arguably the most unhealthy foods on the planet. I hope more people is made aware of the truth of foods, diet, nutrition and health.
