- 1/2 kg mince pork
- 11/2 tbs fish sauce
- 1tbs dark soya sauce
- 1tbs light soya sauce
- 1tbs cooking wine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Put all ingredients together in one bowl. Stir it in one direction with chopstick roll it on nonstick paper.
- In a tray about 2mm thin baked on 125 degrees celcious for 20 mins then increase to 180 degrees celcious for another 20-30 mins.
- Watch out as it burns easily.
