Recipe Ingredient

  • 1/2 kg mince pork
  • 11/2 tbs fish sauce
  • 1tbs dark soya sauce
  • 1tbs light soya sauce
  • 1tbs cooking wine
  • 1/2 cup sugar


  1. Put all ingredients together in one bowl. Stir it in one direction with chopstick roll it on nonstick paper.
  2. In a tray about 2mm thin baked on 125 degrees celcious for 20 mins then increase to 180 degrees celcious for another 20-30 mins.
  3. Watch out as it burns easily.
