Diners can choose from an assortment of over 100 dishes.

A tantalising selection of local and international flavours are offered, including some fusion choices, prepared expertly by veteran executive chef Yap Kim Hon, who has 20 years of culinary experience under his belt.

One such fusion dish is the Oriental Hawaiian Pizza, which is in essence Hawaiian pizza with the added twist of satay.

The crust had a good crunchy texture to it which accentuated the soft, tender and flavourful satay chunks. However, the absence of any peanut sauce on the pizza was a little disappointing.

On the other hand, the Roasted Cocktail Potatoes — baby potatoes roasted with the skin on — were definitely a highlight.

The delicate potato, nestled in the firm embrace of its crunchy skin, seasoned with salt and pepper to perfection, encourages diners to eat them whole to fully experience its goodness.

True to its name, the Ayam Goreng Berempah was indeed well coated with a variety of herbs and spices then fried to a crisp, though still maintaining a juicy core.

Flavour had well permeated the chicken flesh which gives one’s taste buds a treat.

Another main course was the Seared Beef Steak with Garlic and Wild Mushrooms which will definitely appeal to beef lovers.

The adequately seared slices of beef steaks were well marinated and had absorbed the flavour from the wild mushrooms and garlic like a sponge.

There were also several selections of fish, one of which was the mackerel cooked in soy sauce which had a nice strong sweet flavour with a sour kick to it.

On the other hand, the Hoisin Sauce and Ginger Rubbed Salmon was a little dry and didn’t manage to capture all the flavours that it should have.

Vegetable dishes were also aplenty with dishes like the sauteed garden vegetables and the seasonal vegetable with beancurd sheet and mushroom.

Dessert lovers rejoice as the weekday buffet has a wide selection of tarts, fruits and cakes.

Perhaps the most interesting dessert would be the teppanyaki ice-cream, where diners are allowed to mix up to four different flavours with various nuts, dried berries and fruity syrups.

Of course, there is also the added benefit of watching the skilful ice-cream chef flip and roll the ice-cream into a cute little burrito, oozing gloriously with all the added toppings.

Diners can also sample fresh delights with a seafood and grill buffet every Friday and Saturday evening or choose to unwind with a high-tea buffet on Saturdays and Sundays.

The seafood was very fresh and was a big hit with diners as the mountain of oysters was picked clean.

The seafood buffet is at RM 75++ per person while the high-tea buffet is at RM48++ per person.

Promotions are valid until May 31.
