Recipe Ingredient

  • 350g fish fillet
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 120g plain flour
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 150ml water or enough


  1. Cut fish into thick slices. Lightly marinate fish with salt.
  2. Combine crispy batter ingredients well into a smooth batter.
  3. Dip fish into the batter then deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove and drain from oil.
