- 4-6 pieces pork chops
- 50ml olive oil
- 50ml red wine
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Place the chops in a shallow pan.
- Add all marinade ingredients.
- Turn the meat around to coat well.
- Leave in a plastic container to marinate for at least 1-2 hours.
- Barbecue the chops until meat is done.
