Recipe Ingredient

  • 75g self-raising flour
  • 60g rice flour
  • ½ tbsp corn flour
  • 125ml (approx) water
  • Sugar and salt or to taste

Instructions

  1. Put sifted flours into a mixing bowl. Add salt and sugar, make a well in the centre and add water. Next, mix into a smooth batter (the batter should be thick enough to coat a spoon).
