Recipe Ingredient

  • 80g couscous
  • 25g onion, chopped
  • 20g green pepper, diced
  • 20g yellow pepper, diced
  • 20g red pepper, diced
  • 5g garlic, chopped
  • 1.5g fresh thyme
  • 150ml chicken stock
  • 10ml olive oil
  • seasoning to taste


  1. Warm olive oil in a pot. Add garlic and let brown. Add couscous and thyme, mixing all together thoroughly. Pour in chicken stock and add peppers. Season to taste and let simmer. Remove from heat. Cover and reserve for use later.
