Recipe Ingredient

  • Burnt cheesecake
  • 250 GM Anchor Cream Cheese
  • 65 GM Coconut Nectar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 10 GM Corn Flour
  • 30 GM Coconut Milk
  • 25 GM Teh Tarik (2pack of Teh tarik mix with water)
  • 180 GM Whipping Cream
  • Topping
  • 100 GM Anchor cream cheese
  • 10 GM Sugar
  • 100 GM Whipping cream
  • 30 GM. Coconut Milk
  • 5 GM. Gelatine


    Burnt cheesecake
  1. cream cheese + sugar
  2. add in eggs one a time
  3. Whipping Cream, coconut milk , teh tarik
  4. Flour
  5. Sifled
  6. Bake for 45min at 180c
  7. Topping
  8. double boiled and pour in
  9. Fridge for 4 hours
  10. shifted in grated coconut
  11. Enjoy!
